1.	Signing the booking form confirms your/your companies booking for first aid training.
.
2.	A reminder that payment is required before the starting date of the course unless previously arranged.
.
3.	Cancellations must be made in writing no later than 5 working days before the commencement of the course.
.
4.	Failure to provide sufficient notice with result in a 50% penalty fee.
.
5.	Full payment is due for the number of learners booked on the course and signed off on the booking confirmation form.
.
6.	Learners not pitching up for training on the day will be charged for in full.
.
7.	Additional learners attending the course that were not booked on the course will be billed for separately.
.
8.	Quotations for group training are given according to a pricing discount slide. The final discount awarded for the booking will be granted on the number of learners that attended the course and not the number of learners booked.

9.	No refunds will be made unless a cancellation or postponement is received in writing at least 5 working days prior to the start of the course.

10.	Certificates will only be released upon receipt of full course fee payment. Re-printed and copy certificates are subject to a charge of R30, 00 per certificate.

11.	Lunch may be provided at an additional cost of R50.00 per learner per lunch, which will be added onto the course fee. (Group bookings and Dynacare Facilities only)

12.	Additional travel costs will apply for training venues further than 40km from our training centers at a rate of R2.50 per kilometer.
.
13.	Learners are required to bring their ID number with them to the course. Dynacare reserves the right to postpone training for whatever reason. Reasonable notice will be given to you in writing.

14.	Training fees do not include reassessment fees. Additional costs will be levied for reassessments at an hourly rate.
